If you do not know about how to place the simulation files in the library of the Proteus go through my post on Ultrasonic sensor I have discussed the procedure there. But the simulation model is not present in the library of the Proteus so we need to download the library first and then place the files containing the simulation model in the library of the Proteus. So in order to simulate the Proximity sensor the simulation model of the sensor should be present in the library of the Proteus.
The simulation models are the files that contain information about the behavior of the components. If the simulation models are not present in the library of the software that software will be unable to imitate the behavior of the whole circuit. It is important here to mention that in order to simulate the behavior of any circuit in any software it is important that the simulation models of all of the components that are used in the circuit should be present in the library of the software.
